Lost and Found
If you lost an item during your visit to Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort, please fill out an online form and we’ll help you track down your misplaced item.
Once you’ve reported a lost item, you’ll receive an email notification from Chargerback with your Lost Item report number. Chargerback will provide information from your report to Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort so that we can look for your item and return it to you if it is found. Chargerback will also email you periodic updates about your search status.

Broad Creek Mercantile Shop
This convenient general store is located near the pool. There you can sign up for activities, rent a DVD, and purchase souvenirs, limited groceries and sundries. Stamps can be purchased at the Front Desk of Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort.
A postage meter and mail drop are located at the Front Desk. There are also 2 full-service U.S. post offices on the island.
If you are expecting faxes, postal mail or packages during your stay, please advise those sending these items to clearly mark the communication with your name and room number (if possible). Each Resort can accept packages for Guests staying or arriving at that Resort only.
Villas with one or more bedrooms feature an in-unit washer and dryer.
Self-service laundry rooms are open 24-hours.

Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort is committed to making all our Guests as comfortable as possible. We provide accessible paths of travel from the arrival to the lobby area, as well as to accessible Guest rooms, restaurants, merchandise locations, pools, and exercise and laundry facilities.
- Accessible rooms are offered for Guests with disabilities, including wheelchair- and hearing-accessible rooms. TTY equipment is available upon request at check-in.
- Accessible parking is available.
- Shuttle service to and from Disney’s Beach House is wheelchair accessible.
- Service animals are welcome throughout the Resort.
- Complimentary wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
- Complimentary specially adapted “beach wheelchairs” are available at Disney’s Beach House on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
